Whiteblinking light means “Non-apple device pairing mode”. It activates when you hold down the back button for a few seconds, then open the case on normal AirPods. On AirPods Pro, however, it activates when you open the case, then hold down the back button for at least five seconds. Make sure not to hold down the back button while opening
